Real Estate Vendor finance is a term which is generally used in the real estate market. When a person is dealing with real estate they large amount of money is involved as the person is dealing with properties and they involves lots of money and at that time vendor finance is a great help for such situation. It is a sort of scheme where the buyer does not have to pay the entire amount at once and he can pay in installments.

Here there is an agreement which is signed between the buyer and the seller and they come up to mutual terms and conditions agreed by both the parties. The buyer can use the property but till the time he has not paid the entire amount to the seller the property remains on the name of the seller and once the entire amount is paid then it is transferred from the sellers name to the buyer’s name. This is very convenient option as the buyer does not have to go to any bank or mortgage anything to get the loan amount and wait for the loan to get passed so that he can buy other property and it is affordable too.
